Unable to Launch Application
Usually this might happen when there is no internet connection available. If the connection is OK, then you will need to clear the Java cache and download the application again. Then it should configure and run without problem.
In order to clear the Java cache you need to go to the Java settings:
Win XP & Win7: Control Panel> Java> General> Temporary Internet files> View> right-click on TI 5.0 and remove it then download Trade Interceptor from the website again
Win Vista: Control Panel > Additional Options > View 32-bit Control Panel items > Java> General> Temporary Internet files> View> right-click on TI 5.0 and remove it then download Trade Interceptor from the website again
Mac: Spotlight search > Java Preferences> Networks > View Cache Files...> right-click on TI 5.0 and delete it then download Trade Interceptor from the website again
