To create the alert from the chart, then double-tap on it, select "Alarms", select "Price Alarm" or "Indicator Alarm" from the bottom bar.
If you have selected "Price Alarm" then touch the chart to define the alarm's level and it will be placed. Tap "Done" and then "Close" to exit "Alarms" mode.
In case you have selected "Indicator Alarm" then you have to define the Right- and Left Expressions and the condition between them. In the Right- or Left Expression you have three options - Price, Indicator or Value. The option "Price" is the real-time price of the chart you define. The option "indicator" means that when you select it you need to touch an indicator in order to define it for this part of the alarm condition. The option "Value" applies to the value of what you have defined on the other side of the alarm condition so you have to touch the pane where your indicator is located (the pane of the chart of the pane of the lower indicator if the indicator you already selected is such).
