change the alert sound to something louder and costumize sound
As is the alert/alarm sound is barely audible with any background noise and also not loud enough to wake me up. I'm sure most would prefer something much louder.

Also make it possible to choose the alert ringtone from available ringtones in the phone.

I also miss this possibility to change the alarm, I would also profer the alarm to ring longer, something like beeping clock at the morning, or ringtones from mobile used as alarm clock to wake you up at the morning. Something similar would be great to implement, as the alarm as now is easily to be not noticed and i miss the opportunity.
Thank you

The existing one is very disturbing. Please something louder and nice.

It would be very usefull. Dealing with active and triggered alarms is very confusing. Need more complex alarming system.

In addition, rather than having to manually re-enable an alarm, there could be the option of automatically reactivating the alarm, usually after a user-defined period.

Talking about android app, I agree the idea of having the option to choose the notification ringtone for the alerts instead of the system sound. It should be a great help.
By other side, I suggest to have the possibility of keep an alert "Always enabled". Each time an alert is triggered you have to re-enable it. It should be great to keep one alert always-ON.

One further comment is that though the price alert is a great feature, it would be very good if you could choose different alert sounds, durations and noise level as the current alert is very quiet.
Thanks

Since I consider notifications from TradeInterceptor as more important than most notifications I receive on my iPhone/iPad, it would be helpful to have alert sounds are unique--ideally, selectable from a list of unique alert sounds.

Hmm -- I see date 2013 on this. Having just recently missed an important move in the market, I will contribute what I found.
Folks are asking for the developers to change things for alarms. You don't actually have to wait for Riflexo to change anything to get a really loud alarm sound. At least for Samsung Galaxy S4 running KitKat 4.4.2 you only need to install a new loud sound file.
I went to Play store, searched on 'Loud Alarm' and selected "Loud Ringtones".
After installation, you will be offered the choice to make your selected loud sound file
a Ringtone, Notification, Alarm, or Contact. For T. Interceptor we want Notification.
Go ahead and send an SMS to the device or use a notify testing app. Be ready to
turn your volume down!
The file "Call to Arms" blows a bugle for 19 seconds! As it stands, T.I. can't have it's own selected sound, we are putting a new louder sound
in for all notifications.HTH

Something should be added in the settings in the app or the settings for it in iOS settings and be able to use a sound from the device. I only use Trade Interceptor on my iPad and would be nice to have loud alarms to choose from.

The alarm is too soft on iOS. I would also prefer that the alarm continues to go off until I acknowledge it via a swipe of the screen.

Add the ability to choose an individual ringtone for the alarm on the mobile app. The "Default Notification" is not practicle.
