Forex brokers close trading sessions generally at 17.00 EST (New York Time) which is shortly after the US Equity markets close the Friday session at 16.00 EST.

As there is no trading, respectively no quotes, during weekend all charts and quotes are frozen as they stopped when Friday trading session ended.
Global Forex trading starts again at 17.00 EST on Sunday.
