How to trade on Trade Interceptor for Mac?

The trading interface is available if you right-click on the chart and select "Order at market price" or any of the options to open a limit order.
Then the "Open Order" window will show up and you can make adjustments before you send the order for execution.
From the streaming quotes grid, you can also see the same "Open Order" window if you right-click on a desired quote and select "Order at market price".
